Eugene Louis "Gene" Handley (November 25, 1914 – April 12, 2009) was a backup infielder in Major League Baseball who played for the Philadelphia Athletics from 1946-47. Handley batted and threw right-handed. Born in Kennett, Missouri, he is the younger brother of Lee Handley.
In a two-season career, Handley was a .252 hitter (86-for-341) with 10 doubles, six triples, 41 runs, 29 RBI, and nine stolen bases without home runs in 125 games played.
Handley left the playing field to later become a scout for the Chicago Cubs. He remained active in that capacity into his 80s. He died in April 2009, at the age of 94.
